01. Equipment

02. Working principle
The waste circuit board contains a large number of electronic components such as relays, transformers, diodes, capacitors, etc. The circuit board disassembly machine achieves the purpose of hot melting and tin removal by heating inside the body, separating the electronic components and solder of the waste circuit board from the circuit board.
1.After the circuit board is fed into the circuit board decomposer, it first enters the drum with a sieve through the feeding port;
2. By using an electric heating device, the overall temperature inside the drum is heated to around 150 ℃ to loosen and melt the tin on the circuit board;
3. By rotating the drum and the friction and vibration of the materials inside the drum, the solder, electronic components, and circuit board on the circuit board are separated;
4. The separated solder and electronic components slide down to the sorting screen through a drum, and through different sieve plates with different apertures, the electronic components and solder are sorted and screened.
5. The circuit board after tin removal is then fed into the circuit board crusher through a conveyor for crushing.
The tin collected during the pyrolysis and tin removal process is sold as a product. The waste gas and dust generated during the operation are treated by spraying and activated carbon adsorption before being discharged and treated by a 16 meter high exhaust funnel.
